The de Blasio administration has committed to build or preserve 200,000 affordable housing units by 2024.  Meeting this ambitious goal means revamping the City’s planning processes and land-use policies, improving existing housing stock, and exploring new sources of funding for affordable housing.  What role will the public, private, and non-profit sectors play in achieving these goals?
